Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship Nekter Pop to addresses in the United States.

Rates. Orders of $40 or more ship free. Orders under $40 ship by Economy shipping for a flat $5.00. Every subscription delivery ships free. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time. Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery time. Economy shipping usually arrives 5–8 business days after your order ships. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on the way, and you can also track it from your account.

Lost or damaged packages. If your package arrives damaged, cans are leaking, or tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, email orders@asarasi.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Wrong address. Please double-check your address at checkout. We can update it if you contact us before your order ships.
